We build the software we couldn’t find.

ProjektMind is an independent software studio. Every project starts with a real problem in someone’s week, and ends as an app they actually open.

Different industries.
Same reason they exist.

One is for hockey parents, one is for day traders. Both started the same way: the tool we needed didn’t exist, so we built it. They’re invite-only while we polish them with the people who use them every day.

Rink Run

Every game, every rink, and who’s driving, for hockey families juggling more than one team.

Two kids, three teams, two leagues, and a Saturday with games 30 minutes apart. Rink Run puts every schedule on one calendar, spots the clashes weeks ahead, and tells each parent when to leave.

  • Every league on one calendar. EHF and PHL schedules side by side, color-coded by kid and team.
  • Clashes before they happen. Double-booked days and two-driver weekends show up in Heads-up, months out.
  • Leave times that know the drive. Real drive times between home and every rink, with dress-by and puck-drop.
  • Updates that find you. Schedules re-sync from the league automatically, and a push lands when a game moves.

Installable phone app · Face ID sign-in · Self-hosted

Edgebook

A trading journal that puts every fill on the chart, and shows what your habits really cost.

Built to replace Tradervue, then pushed further. Import your executions and Edgebook groups them into trades, charts each one with your entries and exits, and measures the things most journals skip.

  • Imports from your broker. TradeZero, Interactive Brokers, thinkorswim, Webull and DAS Trader.
  • Every fill on the chart. TradingView charts with VWAP, EMAs and MACD, plus candle-by-candle replay.
  • The numbers that matter. MFE and MAE, exit efficiency, R-multiples, and what each mistake has cost you.
  • Discipline you can see. Revenge trades and max-loss breaks get flagged, and “what if” replays your month under better rules.

The next one is forming.

It probably has nothing to do with hockey or trading. If something in your week runs on spreadsheets, group texts and memory, that’s usually where our next project comes from.

How we build

For one real person first
Each app is built around someone who needs it this week. If it works for them every day, it’s ready for more people.
Shipped in small steps
Small changes, shipped often, each one tested in the real app. Most days something gets better.
Private by default
Self-hosted, no ads, no trackers. Sign-in uses passkeys, so there’s no password to leak.

About ProjektMind

Projekt, plus mind: the place ideas get wired into working software.

ProjektMind is a small, independent studio. We don’t pick an industry and look for problems in it. We find a problem that keeps wasting someone’s time, build the app that fixes it, and keep improving it with the people who use it.

That’s why the projects look unrelated. A hockey calendar and a trading journal have nothing in common, except that both replaced something that wasn’t good enough.

Our apps are invite-only for now. Tell us which one you want and how you’d use it, and we’ll email you when there’s a spot.
